A fabulous value and super easy to drive, Triangle of France has celebrated its 30th anniversary by redesigning its Comete EX speaker with a fabulous new tweeter. This new tweeter is still horn loaded but now machined rather than cast out of aluminum with far greater precision. Easy to place and not as forward sounding as past Triangle efforts we feel this is a fabulous audio value for money. At 90 db sensitivity and 8 ohms nominal impedance this is a great choice for lower powered amplifiers. Excellent both with and without tube equipment, and very positively reviewed by Sam Tellig in Stereophile.$1795.

Wilson Sophia 3

Replacing the highly regarded Sophia 2 is this latest effort from the brilliant audio engineers from Wilson Audio. This massively well-built floor stander is a Wilson that you don’t have to be a millionaire to afford, but provides a full range sound (now down to 20hz at -3dB, a significant improvement in extension over the Sophia 2) with amazing resolution. We also have the stunning Wilson Sasha on display. The Sashas offer a significant upgrade to the legendary Watt/Puppy series and amply demonstrate how far the state of current speaker design has advanced. Come in for a listen….it’s worth the trip!
