Fidelis is owned and operated by a well-known audio veteran: Walter Swanbon
Considered by many as one of the leading audio consultants in the country, Walter brings his 30+ years of A/V experience to bear. He's worked in the sound reinforcement field, engineered live recordings, and performed as a manufacturer's representative and consultant for some of the top companies in the audio world. In the early 80's, Walter developed and owned AudioVision, a highly-regarded audio shop in the Boston area. In the 90s, he owned and operated Ensemble Music Systems in Nashua, NH. Now for the new millennium, Walter has gone back to his roots with Fidelis, a store for serious music and film lovers.
Bill Henk, Store Manager
Bill was bitten by the music bug at a young age and brings a music lover's heart and perspective to high-end audio. WBCN's wide- ranging progressive FM radio of the latter 1960's inspired Bill's choice of a Television-Radio major at Ithaca College. After stints as Music Editor of the Ithaca’s newspaper and Music Director of the college radio station, as well as time at Cornell's WVBR-FM, Bill spent professional time at a number of radio stations throughout New England. He has managed numerous record and audio stores in Vermont, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Bill's dedication to customer service has been of a great benefit to Fidelis, as well as to all our valued clients.
